NOTE: When filling out documents, it is recommended to use a computer (desktop/ laptop). Download and save the files (.PDF) on your computer. STEP 1 – 2022 Pop Warner Volunteer Application
Description:

STEP 2 – AB 506 Mandated Reporter Training

STEP 3 – Register with LVSD
Description:
If you have not already, please register with LVSD online. This will allow the league to have all your contact information and required certifications on file. The league will also be able communicate with you and place you on your team’s roster.

STEP 4 – Pop Warner/USA Football Youth Certification
Description:
Training required by Pop Warner for coaches. The course is an estimated 8 hours. PLEASE NOTE: purchase of the course is required. The certification is originally $25, marked down to $15 if completed online.

Once Steps 1 through 7 are complete, keep all related documents on file. Please email files over to the league and our Safety Officer, Nathan Anderson (emails below). Follow up and confirm your documents have been received. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct and documents have been submitted. Failure to do so would prevent you from coaching.
